Urgent Support Sought for 3 Families Facing Crises

The AMMPARO ministry is seeking urgent support from CTK members for three families facing immediate crises. The AMMPARO committee learned of this need through our partnership with the St. James Family Life Center, which provides a lifeline to many immigrant families in the Garden Oaks area. 

We request monetary donations or Walmart gift cards in denominations of $100 or less to provide these families with food, clothing, shoes and diapers. Please make donations through the AMMPARO line on the CTK online giving form at https://ctkelc.org/give.  For gift cards, please notify Rebecca Shields or Emily Triantaphyllis to make arrangements for pick up by emailing rshields63@gmail.com or ewtrianta@gmail.com. 

Additionally, we request donations of basic household items, including new or gently used mattresses, bed frames, tables, chairs, linens, towels and essential kitchen housewares, that are needed on an ongoing basis. Please notify Rebecca Shields rshields63@gmail.com with potential items for donation.
