Grounded in Faith: A Day Interfaith Youth and Adult Retreat: Saturday, February 22nd at 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Big Thicket National Preserve, FM 420, Kountze, TX 77625 

 Grounded in Faith is an interfaith program that invites you to deepen your connection with God through the awe-inspiring beauty of Big Thicket National Preserve. In partnership with the National Park Service, this unique experience blends spiritual reflection with immersive nature exploration. Through guided hikes, contemplative practices, and interfaith dialogue, we will explore the profound ways God’s presence is revealed in the natural world. This is a split program between teenagers and adults, with each group having their program and opportunities. 

What’s included? Behind-the-scenes tour of the park and opportunities for meditation and exploration. This program is done in partnership with Jerusalem Peacebuilders and Christ the King Lutheran Church. RSVP to Deacon Ben Remmert by Sunday, February 16.
