St. Thomas Choir of Leipzig: March 16 at 3:00 p.m. 

Bach Society Houston presents the St. Thomas Choir of Leipzig in concert at Rice University’s Stude Concert Hall, located at 6100 Main St. Founded in 1212, the Thomanerchor is one of the oldest and most historic choirs in the world. Over its 800-year history, it has been shaped by generations of musical leadership, including Johann Sebastian Bach, who served as its director from 1723 to 1750.
