June Mission Offering: Lutherhill Ministries

 Lutherhill Ministries is a camping ministry of the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod for all people of every generation to experience the love of Christ in unique settings and new ways.  Their facilities accommodate all ages, all people, all year round. Everyone is welcome to engage in one of their camps, retreats, and hosted events at Lutherhill in La Grange or on Galveston Island.  Our mission offering to Lutherhill will help make camp improvements, provide camp scholarships, and provide staff enrichment.  Christ the King Church has a long history with Lutherhill as our children and youth attend camp every summer with Deacon Ben; Lutherhill staff provide leadership for our Summer Day Camp at Christ the King; and many of our adults and families attend special retreats and events throughout the year.  As Lutherhill prepares for its 69th season of summer camp, we are invited to join them in praying for a transformational, welcoming, healthy summer camp experience for campers.
