Sci-Fi Double Feature
Join Deacon Ben Remmert for a Sci-Fi Double Feature on the CtK Rice Village campus lawn! 

Crafting Cocktails
Come make some cocktails with the Wikers!  Participants will sample a few different cocktails, take home the recipes, and make a full version of their favorite cocktail.  Elevated gastropub fare will be served to accompany the cocktails.

Glamping with Girlfriends
Join Alicia Goodrow and Heidi Miller – Girl Scouts extraordinaire – for a weekend camping. Hiking, s’mores, napping in hammocks, gazing and the lake and perhaps kayaking or watercoloring will fill the day. Songs and stories around the fire will fill your head with dreams of the great outdoors at night. No experience required – just a good attitude for adventure.

Relive the Glamour of the 1950's!
Revel in the thrill of the Fabulous Fifties with hosts Kristine and Stephen Wallace by enjoying classic Martinis followed by a retro multi-course dinner (recipes updated).  Wine pairings will be provided (not very 1950’s, but oh well).  Fedoras, skinny neckties with tie tacks, cocktail dresses, and pillbox hats are optional.

An Evening in Paris
Travel back in time to an evening in the Belle Epoque, the heyday of French glamour and fun. Music, wine, cheese and treats frame a magical night. Savor your Kir Royal while listening to music from the 1900s. Dress in French attire from your favorite Period is encouraged.  

Bayou Bend Garden Tours (Two Dates!)
Join Bayou Bend Docent Jill Bailer for a tour of the former home of Houston philanthropist Ima Hogg in River Oaks.  Bayou Bend is the Museum of Fine Arts Houston’s house museum for American decorative arts and paintings.  The collection is one of the finest showcases of American furnishings, silver, ceramics, and paintings in the world. 

Beer and Boardgames
Join Festival Chair Karli McGowen for an evening of delicious beer whilst competing in a board games extravaganza. Participants will enjoy beer from the selections of the beer goddess herself. Pasta bar will be provided. Snacks are a welcome addition. Plenty of board games will be on hand, but if you have a crowd favorite you’d like to bring, let the host know.
