For the fourth year, Christ the King Lutheran Church – Houston will host a free two-day display of nativity art. This year’s festival is entitled: Unique & Unexpected: A Crèche Festival and visitors to the exhibition will experience depictions of the birth of Christ by artists using various media.

31 artists representing Texas and states from Massachusetts to Alaska have been juried into this year's exhibition with unexpected elements to depict Christ's birth. In addition to the juried contemporary nativity art; an international selection of nativities from a local private collection; children's artwork; and an item courtesy of the Hallmark Archives, Hallmark Cards, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, will be displayed.

Once again, an online auction hosted by Better World supporting the artists and Bright Stars of Bethlehem will be conducted from December 14 - December 18, 2024.
