Hurricane Season is Here

The 2025 Hurricane Season is here, which means it’s time to prepare. You can pick up your comprehensive Hurricane Season brochure at the Visitors Booth starting this weekend. In the meantime, here are some recommended must-haves and additional emergency supplies:

• Water (one gallon per person/ per day for several days)
• Food (at least a several-days worth of non-perishable food supply)
• Battery-powered radio or NOAA Weather Radio with alert tone
• Flashlight and extra batteries
• First aid kit
• A Whistle

Additional Emergency Supplies: Soap, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, Any prescription/ or non-prescribed medication, Infant formula and extra bottles, diapers and wipes, Pet food and extra water or supplies for pets, Important family documents (insurance policies, bank records), Extra changes of clothes and feminine supplies/ personal hygiene
