Discover Your Role in Holy Week: "Hands for Holy Week" – April 12, 9:00–11:00 AM

Join us on Saturday, April 12, for a special morning where you and your family can step deeper into the life of Holy Week through hands-on learning and service! From 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., explore all the unique ways you can be part of worship leadership—whether as an acolyte, bellringer, crucifer, thurifer, assisting minister, server, reader, greeter, usher, or choir member. You’ll get the chance to try out these roles and see how each one contributes to the rhythm of our life together. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn the art of palm cross-making, guided by members of our Altar Guild. Additionally, we’re looking for volunteers—youth and adults alike—to partner with the Altar Guild in two meaningful Holy Week traditions: stripping the altar on Maundy Thursday and vesting the altar on Easter Saturday. Special activities will be available for children throughout the morning. Come, lend your hands and heart! RSVP to Cheryl Gaspard at Cherylgaspard@ctkelc.org.
