Our 2024 Confirmation Class affirmed their baptism and displayed their Confirmation Projects for the congregation to experience on Sunday, May 12.
Eloise and Cooper Polyanksy, students at Saint John's School, both for their confirmation projects made beautiful stained glass windows to express their faith. Cooper found Luther's explanation of the 10 Commandments fascinating. Eloise learned to always trust and believe in herself and God in tough times.
Colin Burke and Andreas Fulluando for their confirmation projects wrote research papers on Martin Luther and Abraham which explored their history and how they relate to these figures of our faith.
Avery Derr and Jesus Ortega for their confirmation projects wrote research papers on the Trinity which each described their own interpretation and understanding of how God is active in the world.
Ethan Pelletier for his confirmation project wrote his own devotionals to which describe his relationship with God.
Sophie Santana for her confirmation project created a portrait of the beach to which she feels closest God and how the beach gives a wonderful metaphor for the Christian faith.
We are so proud of our young adults and look forward to their next adventures as people of faith.
