I hope that you are continuing to experience the season of Christmas filled with joyous wonder and awe of our Lord. I am writing this note to you from wet and rainy Pennsylvania, where David, Maeve, and I are currently visiting. We have been eating lots of Christmas cookies, while spending time with family and friends. I am grateful for this time with family and also to Pastors Derr and Rodriguez who are available for CTK pastoral emergencies during the time that I am away. As 2023 comes to a close, I am both reflecting on the many things that I am grateful for, while also growing increasingly excited for the new things that are coming in 2024. I hope that you have time this week to reflect on these things as well, preparing the way for a New Year full of new possibilities. May the rest of your Christmas season be filled with the joy that Christ brings!
