John Boles Book Signing: April 21 at Brazos Bookstore & Reception at CTK on May 4

Brazos Bookstore (2421 Bissonnet) will host a book signing for John twentieth book, Seven Virginians: The Men Who Shaped Our Republic on April 21 at 6:30 pm. 

The book uses the biographies of George Washington, George Mason, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, and John Marshall to tell the story of the nation’s political beginning, from the Revolution through the Constitution and its ratification to the formation of the new government, the evolution of the office of the presidency, the origin of political parties, and the maturation of the Supreme Court. The book is written for a general audience and is surprisingly relevant for our time.

We will host a reception at CTK Rice Village featuring Dr. John Boles in the parish hall at on Thursday, May 4 at 7 p.m. to celebrate John’s twentieth book, Seven Virginians: The Men Who Shaped Our Republic. You are welcome to bring a beverage to share. Copies of the book may be purchased at your favorite bookstore and John will be happy to sign copies at the reception.
