No Godly Play or craft experience required.
Whether you are young at heart or wise in years, or somewhere in between, we need your help putting together miniature Godly Play stories for children and their families at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital. Everyone is welcome!
All the supplies to create the mini stories will be provided. These stories will be shared by chaplains trained in Godly Play and given to patients and families as a way of caring for them while they are in the hospital. These parables are a beautiful way to create space for meaning-making, wonder, and play in the hospital setting. Our goal is to create 100 mini parable boxes in June together!
*No Godly Play or craft experience required. There will be art supplies available for small children to join in the fun as well. A great way to earn service hours.
