Christ the King Church welcomes Pastor Britta Taddiken who serves at St. Thomas Church Leipzig. Pastor Taddiken joined the pastoral staff of the Thomaskirche zu Leipzig in January 2011. Her colleague Pastor Christian Wolff has made several visits to Houston and Christ the King Church as the relationship between our congregations has developed.
Pastor Taddiken arrives on January 13 and will use the entire week to get acquainted with the congregation, Houston, and Texas.
Many of our youth and adults have already met Pr. Taddiken in her Leipzig context and will be happy to greet her in the sister-city context of Houston.
