Children’s Time on Sundays – Adults, peak in!
This week all children will spend their time working on the Lego Luther Rose and other projects, and will finish with a feast. Anyone who is curious about the Godly Play feast is welcome to join us at 9:45 a.m. in room 212. Our goal is still to finish one row each week in the giant Lego Luther Rose.
Stop by the Crafts Workshop!
A local church was just about to begin a Godly Play program when Harvey totally destroyed their building and all their Godly Play items. They are determined to begin in the fall in their temporary quarters. We are helping to make lesson materials for them, so all who can help paint items, cut felt, nail and glue wood, etc. are invited to stop by our “shop” in room 212 at 9:45 on Sundays. It would be helpful to contact Marie Monroe at to schedule the larger projects.
Communion Class for Children on Sunday, April 6
Pastor Liebster will hold a communion class for young children from age 3 with parents on Sunday April 6 at 9:50 a.m. in the second floor children’s library. Holy Communion will be explained and experienced in age appropriate ways. The class will include demonstration of grains and sharing of bread and grapes. All children are invited, those already communing and those preparing for their first communion.
